RESIDENT MANAGER - D'SEASON HOTEL
Tanggung Jawab & Persyaratan:
- Preferably male
- Age minimum of 30 years old
- Excellent communication in English and computer literate
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Hospitality Management or having minimum of 8 years working experience in hospitality industry (managerial position)
- Hard working, possess strong communication and leadership skill, able to work in teams, open-minded, enthusiastic, creative and proactive
- Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java
- Work in conjunction with the Managing Director in developing the hotel
- Plan, direct, and coordinate key issues occuring in the hotel including capital project, program planning, day-to-day operations, customer service, and marketing
- Monitor hotel’s performance and initiate corrective actions
- Provide effective leadership to all hotel team members
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction in all aspects
