Position :
- FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (FSE)
- APPLICATION SPECIALIST ENGINEER (ASE)
Location : Semarang
- Gives the good quality of service to customer.
- Respond, manage, and perform of analyzer installation, maintenance and repairing including application problems.
- Analyze, solve and report of technically problems.
- Provide scientific material literature or reason relating to application problems.
- Manage internal technical training for field service engineers, other teams and customers.
- Support local sales / marketting personnel activities.
Job qualifications :
- Education : Diploma degree or above.
- Electronic, Mechanical or Computer/IT for FSE position
- Medical Technologist (Analis Kesehatan) for ASE position
- Age : below 28
- Experience :
- More than 2 years as field service or technical support in medical IVD, familiar with service process and responsibilty. (Fresh graduate welcome).
- Familiar with hematology & chemistry reagents and it’s application.
- Understood of reagent, calibration, QC concepts including patient result interpretation.
- Experience work with semi-auto and automatic analyzer, especially with chemistry analyzer.
- Able to work both individually and team, and willing to work travelling around Jateng-DIY.
- Language skill : Good command of both written and spoken english.
